Symposia Series

The Center for Community Arts and Cultural Policy's Symposium Series is a series of high-profiled events that continue to position the CCACP as a regional leader in research related to community arts, community media, cultural policy, and cultural heritage. Like the Visiting Scholar Series, the Symposium Series provides opportunities for collaborations across the entire University of Oregon, the larger Pacific Northwest region, and the nation. Each symposium addresses many—and in some cases all—of the Center’s four major research areas in efforts of engaging cultural sector leaders and participants with innovative thinking and cooperative problem solving.
