Due to program realignment and restructuring, the Arts and Administration program is in the process of merging with the Department of Planning, Public Policy and Management.
As part of this merger, undergraduate and graduate programs of study are being modified. Information on this website will be updated through summer, 2017. For more information, please contact email@example.com.
The Arts and Administration Program at the University of Oregon informs cultural sector administration, policy, research, and education. We prepare and inspire leaders based on the belief that professional arts managers must be familiar with the social, cultural, economic, political, technical and ethical contexts in which the arts flourish.
This dynamic program attracts a diverse national and international student group. Graduates of the program find high-level administrative positions with museums, community arts organizations, performing arts organizations and venues, public agencies serving the arts, and a variety of other arts and cultural organizations. The program offers an undergraduate minor in arts management and master of arts (M.A.) or master of science (M.S.) degrees in arts management.
We educate cultural sector leaders and participants to make a difference in communities.
